Plans and payment

The monthly cost of a private account depends on the plan selected, which primarily differs in terms of the amount of storage space available.

Private customers can also register and pay for an account anonymously.

Integrating your custom domain

Private customers on the Standard and Premium plans can integrate their custom domain into their account to send and receive emails via it.

Online office

Private customers can – just like business customers – use the full mailbox Office in the Standard and Premium plans, including calendars, address books, tasks and Drive. All these components can be shared with other external users, even if they do not have a mailbox account.

It is also possible to access these features collaboratively with a fixed group of other mailbox users. For this purpose, we offer our so-called Family accounts, which are available in the Standard and Premium plans.

Such a group can consist of up to ten separate mailbox accounts. This allows you to organise yourselves effortlessly – whether you’re a family, a flat-share or an interest group.

Security

Private customers have access to our comprehensive range of encryption options. Additionally, two-factor authentication can be enabled for login.

Support services

We offer telephone support only to private customers on the Premium plan. We are happy to answer support enquiries submitted via the customer portal during our business hours.

Note on special plans

For licensing reasons, we are currently unable to offer a special plan for registered associations or non-governmental organisations.
