mailbox for Business customers - overview

Features

Business customers use mailbox’s email service via their custom domain and receive a complete online office suite for all employees: address book, calendar, tasks, Drive, and online document editing for text and spreadsheets (this does not apply to accounts on the Light plan).

Costs

The cost of a Business account comprises the monthly basic fee for the service and support package, as well as the fees for the individual accounts created – depending on the selected features or plan.

Payment and data protection

As a Business customer, you can pay conveniently by direct debit or on invoice (with VAT deduction).

You can also conclude a data processing agreement (DPA) with us. This sets out the data protection framework for commissioned data processing.

Centralised management

The Business account and employee accounts are managed centrally via a dedicated console. Employee accounts can be assigned to different contexts. This allows you to easily group or separate individual clients, departments or business locations.

Within a context, all members can find each other in the global address book.

Shared resources, e.g. for calendars or files, can be shared within mailbox Office.

Support services

We process support requests from Business customers with increased priority. Depending on your chosen basic plan, our Support team is also available to assist you via phone.
