Adjust storage space for emails and cloud

In your mailbox Office dashboard you will find the Storage widget. There you can see how much storage space is already in use.

You can customise the storage space for your mailbox Office to suit your individual needs. The following options are available to you:

• Increase or decrease the available additional storage space for emails or files.
• Switch to a different plan.

Adjust additional storage

1. Log in to mailbox Office.

2. Navigate to All settings.

3. Select the menu item Contract and payment (1)

4. In the Contract section (2), click Get additional storage (3).

   
   Under the menu item “Contract and payment”, you can quickly and easily change your email and cloud storage space.

   Note

   Cloud storage is only available for the Standard and Premium plans.

5. Adjust the additional storage to suit your needs for email and/or cloud storage.

6. Confirm the terms and conditions and the cancellation policy. Then click Order with obligation to pay (6).

You can expand or reduce the additional storage space for email (4) and cloud (5) according to your needs.

The storage space update takes effect immediately.

Changing your plan

In the Change plan section, you can change your plan quickly and easily. You can switch to one of the other available plans at any time.

You can decide whether you prefer annual or monthly billing. The Light plan is available on an annual billing basis only.

Once you have selected your plan, click Order with obligation to pay (7).

Select the plan that best suits your needs.

When you change your plan, any unused credit will be credited to your mailbox account - therefore, you cannot lose any money. So, for example, if you have only used the Standard plan for half a month, you will be charged 1.25 € and the remaining amount will be credited to your account.
