Together with our partner Audriga, we offer you a migration service for your mailboxes. Audriga is a service that specializes in the moving of accounts between providers and will handle all matters around the transfer of your data.
📄️ Can I use aliases with mailbox.org Guard
Our mailbox.org Guard will only ever use one active key pair for your account, namely the one marked “current” in the Guard PGP Settings. The same key will be used for all your e-mail aliases when you open any encrypted messages sent by other Guard users.

Log in with your account data at https://setup.mailbox.org . After logging in, you are at the account level of the admin area. On the left side you will find the area for your billing data.
📄️ How to create aliases
Note: In the Standard package you can use up to 25 aliases and up to 100 aliases in the Premium package. The Light package does not include any aliases.
📄️ How to set up my domain name
Customers who use a business account at mailbox.org need to set up a domain name for their account before it can be used. The first step is to add a security key to the domain//setup.mailbox.org, click on the „+“ symbol and enter the domain name into the corresponding form field. (without the „www.“). After clicking on „Generate Security Key“, a warning message will appear that complains about a missing security key. However, note that the key information you will need in the next step is displayed as part of the message!

Problems can occur when syncing mailbox.org accounts with Google services: Google blocks access from mailbox.org. This issues an error message in the mailbox.org Office interface, indicating that the access data is incorrect.
📄️ What is an alias and how do I use it
You can set up additional e-mail addresses – so-called alias addresses – on the settings page of the mailbox.org web interface. In the settings, select mailbox.org, and then E-Mail Aliases to enter your additional addresses.

For safety reasons, always log out when your mailbox.org Office account is not in use.
