No ActiveSync for macOS and Windows

Data synchronization with ActiveSync only works with mobile devices such as the iPhone or iPad, Android devices, and BlackBerry. It is not officially possible to use ActiveSync to synchronize data with Windows PCs or Mac computers. ActiveSync was not developed for this purpose.

It is possible that some users have managed do this, but the function is not officially supported and we do not recommend this practice.

If you wish to synchronize your data with a Mac or Windows PC, use CalDAV and CardDAV. We describe the process of setting up the different platforms in our Help/FAQ.
