Reactivate a deleted account
If your account has been deactivated due to a missed contract renewal, it will remain inactive for a period of 30 days.
During this time, you can extend your contract by making a payment. Once your payment has been received and processed, your account will be reactivated automatically.
You can conveniently reactivate your account via bank transfer – even if you accidentally missed the renewal deadline. The necessary payment details will be displayed when you log in.
Please note: It may take up to 5 business days for your payment to be processed and credited to your account.
What happens after the grace period?
Once the 30-day grace period has expired, your account – including all associated data – will be permanently deleted.
Your former mailbox address will also be added to an internal blocklist, preventing it from being re-registered for an extended period – even under a new subscription.
Reactivating your deleted account is no longer possible at this point, as all data (such as passwords, settings, and emails) will have been permanently erased for your protection.
If you have any questions regarding your contract renewal or account status, our support team will be happy to assist you. Please note that support services vary depending on the selected plan.
