Shared task management in Family accounts
Sharing in mailbox
Every share, that is everything that can be shared, is organised as a folder in mailbox. Sharing address books, calendars, tasks, and file folders therefore always follows the same pattern.
Shared task lists in the Family account
The functions described in this article are available in all plans except the Light plan. If a Family account has at least two members, you can collaborate on and view calendars, contacts in the address book, tasks and files within this group.
Creating a task list in the Family account

To create a task list in the Family account:
- Open the Tasks section in mailbox Office.
- Click the + icon next to My lists and then click Add new task list.

Add new task list - Enter a suitable name for the task list.
- Click Add.
Sharing a task list

Using shared task lists
For members of the Family account, the shared task list appears in mailbox Office under Tasks > Shared lists.

Depending on their permissions, members can view, edit, delete or add new tasks in the task list.
Adding guests
The owner or administrator can also share a task list with other users who are not members of the Family account. They appear as Guest in the task list permissions dialogue.
Invited guests can only open the shared task list via the personal invitation link they received by email. The task list is not automatically included in their own list overview.
Guests have read-only access to the shared task list.
