Forward e-mails automatically

You can set up automatic email forwarding with just a few clicks of the mouse.**
Note: If you use the “encrypted mailbox” and activate forwarding, the emails will be forwarded in encrypted form!**

Forward all emails to another email address

Log in to your mailbox.org account. Under “Settings -> Email -> Automatic forwarding,” you can forward all incoming emails to another email address. There you can choose whether you want to keep a copy of the emails.

Forward selected emails to another email address

If you only want to forward emails from a specific sender to another email address, you can define a filter under “Settings -> Email -> Filter Rules” that automates this task for you:

  • Create a new filter rule (“Add new rule”).
  • Define the conditions under which this rule should be applied (e.g., “Sender / From” contains “granny@provider.tld”).
  • Select “Forward to” as the action and enter the desired email address as the destination for the forwarding (e.g., “manuela@mustermail.de”).
  • You should also disable the option “Check against subsequent rules” (to ensure that no other rules are applied to the message except for forwarding).
