Access security for mailbox - 2FA, app passwords, and email passwords

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
2FA provides additional protection when logging in to mailbox. In addition to your password, you will need a second factor (e.g., a TOTP code from a 2FA app) to log in to mailbox.

Mail App Password
To protect a mail client with a dedicated password or to allow access when Two-Factor Authentication is enabled, you can create as many Mail App Passwords as needed.

Note for Screen Reader Users
To edit a token (activate, deactivate, delete), it must first be selected. However, this cannot be done using the keyboard. Therefore, screen reader users need to disable CSS.
In Firefox, this works as follows:
Press the Alt key to open the menu and select View | Page Style | No Style.
Now find the token you want and select it with Enter. Afterwards, you can enable CSS again, and the token will be displayed correctly.
