Invoices for business customers

Business customers of mailbox receive their invoice monthly at the billing mail address stored in the Admin Console. Please make sure that this is a valid address and that mails can be delivered successfully. In the Admin Console, you can also update your billing information — for example, your address, invoice delivery method, or payment option — at any time.

You can access the Admin Console at Setup mailbox. Log in using the credentials you received from us when you concluded your contract.
