Technical Requirements

Hardware and Operating System

To participate in a video conference, you need a computer with a current operating system, a camera and a microphone. It is also possible to participate with a telephone via dial-in.

Internet Connection

Internet performance: A fast and stable Internet connection is a prerequisite for the smooth running of a video conference. You can check the speed of your internet connection with our OpenTalk Speed Test. If your connection is too slow, you can deactivate the camera if necessary.

Camera and Microphone

Camera and microphone: Your computer or smartphone needs a camera and a microphone so that you can participate in video conferences.

Supported browsers: current Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, and Chromium-based browsers.
